gah .... well thanks all for the hints and updates. I have a few LGS lookin for me (or im on thier list). I just ordered an IWB holster from Theis holsters .... now i just gotta get ahold of the freakin gun (9mm). Thanks again gents for bein nice to the newby ;)

Does anyone know the laws for storing a handgun in the car? Or for WHEN I can actually draw on somebody who I think is a threat? (i looked at the Indiana State Police site, but it is in political gibberish - im lookin for the laws in layman's terms)?

thanks a lot sidewinder. i looked at the sof-tuk too in my search, almost got it .... but i ordered from theis holsters couple days ago. now just waiting on the gun .... :(

Thanks for the input Hunter, and yea i looked at the crossbreed supertuck and the Theis holster looked pretty much the same. I also looked at Foxx. I went with Tommy Theis because i had already shared some emails with him and I liked the thought of contributing to "the little guy" who makes...

Yeah, but that's the point right? "always carry, never tell" and I would get the stage 3 if I hadn't heard back from Tommy Theis this mornin. He has helped me out and I told him if he could, i would definitely buy from him (I like to be a man of my word). Also, he has choices for belt clips...

I'm going with the 9mm. Although, I thought I heard that S&W might make a conversion kit (allowing the 9 to be converted to .40) Anybody heard the same?
