    the different M&P Sport models

Dragon88 and meanmrmustard, I think you are right. LGS has the 037 for $575, plus Indiana tax (7%) meaning a final price of ~ $620. Don't think that price trumps the missing options. A couple of hours to the nearest Cabelas, however. May need to make the road trip, however. Thanks for all...

    the different M&P Sport models

Happily Indiana is very gun friendly! Ouch on the -37. So no suppressor on the end? RE: the bayonet lug, if it gets that bad, I'm reading for my Mosin. :)

    the different M&P Sport models

Wow, you may need to change your name to "nicemrmustard" after this thread. ;) Seriously, thanks for the feedback. I assume I could swap an aftermarket adjustable stock on that if I chose?

    the different M&P Sport models

Hey, thanks for catching that! The reason I asked about this is I may be able to get an 037 locally, but I don't want to be limited to 10 rounds. (Indiana allows >10 round mags) Just don't want to spend $600 and say "oops" when I get it to the range.

    the different M&P Sport models

Howdy! Hope this isn't too dumb of a question. Go easy on me if it is, it's been a long week. :) If you visit the S&W website (or Gun Genie, Gunbroker, etc.) you will find three distinct item numbers for an M&P Sport: 811036, capacity = "30 round detachable magazine" 811037, capacity = "10...

Never ever complain about the trigger on the Sigma!!!

We had a family friend who had a Lamborghini Countach and he used to complain about the clutch being heavy when he'd talk about it. As a kid, I always thought, "Is this guy nuts? He's got this dream car and he's complaining about the clutch being too heavy? What's his problem?" Despite the...

    Grips???

I wanted to buy the Pachmayr, but nobody in my area had it, so I picked up a Hogue Handall. It has worked really, really well for me and it was < $10. Hogue Handall Universal Slip-On Grip Sleeve Rubber Black - MidwayUSA

    Shoots too low??

I shot way low when I first got my Sigma, but was a good shot with other pistols. And I mean 12" - 18" low! At first I assumed it was on the gun, but after hundreds of rounds and adding a Hogue Handall grip, I even managed to score some in the X-ring on my last outing. Personally, I think it...

So, The Sigma is hard to shoot????

I've got both and put about 150 rounds through each this afternoon. I think you can be just as accurate with a Sigma as you can a Glock. That said -- and maybe it's just me! -- I have to work harder using my Sigma than the G19 to get the same accuracy. I think shooting the Sigma has made me...

    Using "gun-scrubber" on a Sigma??

So, after you field strip, do you just spray down everything on/in the frame or do you take out the trigger group, etc? I've always wondered how much attention to pay to the internals and what a safe product would be. I considered "Rem Action Cleaner" but didn't know if that was a good idea or not.

Sigma 5 minute trigger job - amazing!

I took the pigtail out last month on a 40VE and ran 150+ rounds through it in about 2 hours, no FTF. I'm still a bad shot, however. :)

    SIGMA .40 TRIGGER PULL
