    M&P 22 Problem

roll pin I would just tap it back in with something that wont mar the finish on your gun... See if you can buy a replacement pin and keep it on hand , just in case... BEFORE you tap it in , if you have access to a good set of calipers on a micrometer , take a measurement of the pin to find out...

    WHAT TO DO??

lighter pull Ralph; I agree with armorer , install the right part for the gun... That part IS made for the newer models and shouldn't be used in yours... Can it work , probably , but leaving the strain screw backed off will eventually come back to haunt you... That screw should be tightened...

carry up 66-4 To clarify this carry up problem for me , do you mean that seems to drag a little when indexing ? If so it may not be the hand.. It could be cylinder drag. If the gun indexes properly on all chambers , the hand is doing its job.. You probably already know this , but when...

model 19 problem To clarify what is happening with your gun, do you mean that when you place your thumb on the hammer spur and attempt to cock it , the hammer travel stops near the beginning of movement, as if being blocked by something ? Or do you mean that the hammer goes all the way back...

    Gunsmith needed for 629

bbl shaving lead Hi Dave...I'm new to the forum but was a police armorer for 20 yrs. There are a few reasons why a bbl will shave lead... perhaps the most common is cylinder alignment. If the cyl. doesn't index properly or if the cyl is out of line with the bore , it will shave lead in most...
