Strain screw is all the way tight. Factory were on it as well as a set of rosewood grips. I think the new grip is incorrect. All the other picture I have seen the screw is below the medallion Like this picture here

Picked up a 19-3 and wanted I change to pachmayr grips. I found some new old stock and bought them. Problem is the screw hits the mainspring. This mean it's been changed or the grips are mismarked?

Yes we looked in the standard catalog but didnt find anything. There was a mention of that prefix but it was on a US park police model 10 and they only made 30 with 4 being BJA prefix. Thanks for the info either way and no I do not have the box.
