2 questions: How did you install them? Any problems with holster fit?

I hear that. I have heard that if you just get the front sight you might have height adjustment problems, so I'm getting the whole set. I ASSUME they'll be factory calibrated. (Also I think they'll look really cool!)

The white dot fell out on my 9c, too. If you search these pages, you'll find that's pretty common. Inexcusable on the part of S&W. Got a can of white Rustoleum & touched it up myself.

When you say "top end" do you mean the slide assy., with barrel and spring?

Is it possible to convert a 40c to 9 millimeter by removing the barrel and magazine from a 9c and putting them in the 40 C? Is life that easy?

The 12 rounders had the same problem as the 10 rounders - I couldn't get the last round in the mag. I don't know why S&W has such a problem with that. I had to trim the springs and the followers just like I did with the 10 round magazine.

The S&W 9c manual says it's okay to use +p ammo but I've heard some rumors of cracked frames in the 40c which is the same frame as the 9c. Is it safe to use the +p ammo in the 9c?

This is not the first case we've seen of a 40 shield cracking. Also not the first indication of overall deterioration of quality at Smith. I've got a 9c that I love and is very solid but it will be my last Smith gun.

First, let me congratulate you on your choice of firearm. I've owned a 9c no safety for about 2 yrs. & have grown to love it. Well over 1000 rounds with 2 misfires and I think that was due to some bad cleaning advice. It's a cut down version of the full size 9mm, so no worries about cracks in...

I had one, but it was jammy. Besides, with all this Ferguson stuff going on and Muslims going around cutting off people's heads, I decided I needed more firepower. So I gave the BG 380 to my son for Xmas & went back to carrying my 9c.

Been using a Remora holster for my 9c. It tucks inside the waistband and has a rubberized finish that is supposed to stick to your clothes. Doesn't work worth a bucket of beans - comes out with the gun. I've been looking at these belly band holsters. There's several manufacturers. Anybody know...

I bought my 9c a couple years ago here in OH. It came with 10 rd clips. At that time, and up to about 6 months ago, there were no 12 rd clips available in the known universe. Now there are. Halleluiah! I see Midway and Cheaper have them, as well as a couple other places. Does anyone have any...
