I thought the same. I bought it from Magpul, and the box says FDE...but I have my doubts.

Those are all FDE, to show you what it looks like. Not as tan as I was hoping for, so honestly....I prefer the black, though I do like the accents now. Hoping that a new stock in FDE will even everything out.
