Which foregrip?

Hi everyone!

I ordered this grip:

FAB Defense T-Pod G2

I also found a code for $ 3,- dollar discount so it did cost me € 41,- incl. shipping. They sended it this week, so i can't wait for it to arrive.

I will post my experiences with this grip when I get it. I think it is a cheap Chinese version but the description says it's a FAB Defense grip so I will find out soon enough.

If this is ****, I will buy another one. Perhaps a angled foregrip.

Greetz!

I am going to try 2 on this weapon and see which I like more as I have both available..

Magpul AFG2 (likely my first choice)

Tapco stubby VG

I just received the grip. The construction is very well. However, I don't know if it is a original FAB Defense grip. It says "FAB Defense" on top and on the side of it.

I will post some pics later this week. Anyway, it feels well and works very well. With a single press on the button, the legs come out and the grip flips open. I can adjust the individual legs and push them inside again.

It did cost me € 41,- incl. shipping, but a additional € 20,- was added due to the costs of the customs.

Anyway, € 61,- is still a great price for a grip like this. I will mount it under my weapon and shoot with it tonight.

GripPod (LEO Version)

I love my Grippod brand foregrip.

I bought it at Joebob Outfitters in Hays, Kansas.
GRIP-POD LE POLYMER BI-POD

It is a fore-grip and bi-pod in one... and built well. The LEO version has polymer legs and the military version has metal legs (this is why the miltary version on some sights costs more).

Be careful of imitation knock-offs (on Amazon)... so this is why I ordered from a reputable source like Joebob Outfitters (and others).

The attached picture is the "GripPod" and will fit any rifle with a rail system. The "legs" deploy with the press of the button that is activated with your thumb and the legs retract by pressing them back up in with your hands or pressing them up with your legs.

I tried to upload a picture I took of it attached to my 15-22, but I guess it is to large to upload to this forum thread... but I think you get the idea. With the LEO version being polymer, it keeps the weight down and fits the polymer style and feel of the 15-22 that S&W designed and built.

Enjoy... I do!!

I paid € 61,- incl. shipping from Hong Kong. This is about $ 80,70 dollar. The same grip on the Mako Group website is about $ 150,- dollar so I think it's a pretty good deal.

I attached the grip to my weapon yesterday. It feels really good and it works great. With a single press on the button the legs come out and I can shoot lying on the ground.

Really happy with it!
