M&P 15-22 flashlight

Today price at Amazon and e-bay is $49.99 to $74.95($ 74.95 include charger and battery Nitecore 18650). I have this light for last 2 months ad I relay like it. More info on Nitecore Tactical P12: Nitecore P12 (XM-L2; 950 Lumens) - Page 8

Got my NiteCore P-12 mounted on my AR w/ the cheapo (1 cent cost, /4.99 shipping) mount.

The mount puts the light in just the right position for activating the light w/my thumb. Right in front of my VFG, on the side rail.

The NiteCore P-12 seems to be an excellent light for the money! 4 different light intensity settings, strobe and best of all, 950 lumens (for 3 minutes, then it reverts back to the second brightest setting, which is still plenty bright).

Amazon has a rechargeable bundle w/2 NiteCore rechargeable batteries, 2 slot charger w/car accessory, the P-12 and a handy key chain lite for $99 delivered. Good deal:

Before I get beat on for this suggestion, know that I'm a civilian. I wouldn't trust this to hold up necessarily in combat. That being said, I have ran several tactical scenario courses with it (for fun), and the light has held up impressively well on both my CZ-75 9mm handgun AND my 5.56 AR. It's small, light, and incredibly bright at 190 lumens. It also offers a strobe mode. I really didn't expect to like it as much as I do or to keep it. This light was going to be a quick fix when my previous light broke. After witnessing how much abuse it can take, I ordered a second light for my handgun and have no desire to upgrade at this point. It is the only item with no lock-tite and it has taken some serious punishment. I know there are brighter options and better lights, but this light has far exceeded my expectations. Just throwing it out there as a bright, cheap, lightweight option.

I changed my choice in optics in this second picture, and therefore reconfigured my arrangement. Even after moving this light, it still is holding tight with well over 1,000 rounds of 62 grain 5.56.

I've had one of these SolarForce 900 lumen things for a couple years now. Mine came with a metal rail mount and a pressure switch, and the grand total was $55 with shipping. Now, I don't know if it's truly 900 lumens, but I do know that it's VERY bright and casts a wall of light that has a wide spread and a pretty long throw. It has 5 modes, including a strobe, and I have been VERY happy with it. It does have a sharply crenelated head for defense if you carry it and I did test it submerged in a sink and it didn't miss a beat. The low price and being from Hong Kong might put some people off, however, from what I hear, these are a high quality replica of expensive lights and I would not hesitate to buy another.

Gander Mtn and Cabelas have very nice mounts for a reasonable price, I bought mine there and it works great. I bought the ATAC light on sale at Gander, 240 lumen, and while not the most powerfull is a very fine light. Don't spend big money on a light, huge mark up usually for the seller.
