New to the forum, so sorry if this issue has been addressed before.

Recently acquired a new 15-22 for my son to learn with.
It has the new M-Lok front stock which I plan to add a Harris bipod.

My question is how do I remove the front stock so I can add the M-Lok bipod adapter?

Front stock = hand guard? Have you ever used mlok before? You don't have to. The screws have a rectangular nut that attaches through the slotted holes (that just doesn't sound right). Anyways, watch an installation video on YouTube to get an idea.

Thanks for the info Jagular.

Yes, I meant the hand guard and no, I never used M-Lok before. None of my other guns have it.

I think you'll find the mlok pretty convenient.
