My favorite handguns are......

My favorite shooter is my 15-3 in nickel with standard magnas. Using 158 grain LRN pills makes this thing tight and fun to shoot. I've always liked the sights on it also.

That's a nice looking gun.

I'm thinking I would like a M66 with a 4" barrel.

I have several 10mm's, that rank high in the stable. My S&W 4" bbl. 610, a Kimber Target II. Along with an El Capitan version of the P-35 Browning. My little Ruger SP-101 is a perennial favorite in 9mm.

Yeah I got a Thing for 1911s too. Unfortunately I sold off most of my Fine Vintage S&Ws to get the 1911s

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I only have one 1911. This Colt Government Model Series 80.
Its never been shot and I'm not so sure I ever will.

I've looked at and held a lot of 1911s and other .45 autos over the last year. I might pick up another one but I'm not too sure just yet.

Of my ( too many) S&W revolvers; my favorite ( not-for-sale safe queen) is this "Model of 1953", ca. 1955, early Chiefs Special with genuine India Sambar Stag grips.

I can see why its a safe queen. I have 2, at least one for sure.

This one for sure and my Colt 1911A1 will most likely remain unfired for as long as I own it.

Everyone of those are nice looking.

Your pictures are proof that I need to step up my gun photography.

I still have only one of my favorites, the dashless 640 I've carried for years. My all-time favorite was a blue four-inch 15-3 bought unfired from an estate consignment. My son has it now. Sweetest trigger I ever shot on any gun.

My other favorites included a four-inch 10-5, a 469, an immaculate pre-B CZ-75, and <blush> a Glock 19.

HAVEN'T HAD THE PLEASURE OF MANY...

I sure would like an N frame in a 45 caliber. The only N frame I've shot was a 10mm & that felt like a bit of a reach for the trigger, with a size lg to xl glove size ALL of my former patients that got to know my fingers intimately said the same thing, "man you have fingers like tree trunks"! ;) Why the charge nurse always assigned the person with the biggest hands for those jobs is pure sadism. Anyhoo a mdl 617-6, mdl 10-6, 640ND, 681ND all in a pretty short time frame, beginners luck??? I feel pretty squared away with them & kinda prefer fixed sights, so just 1 more, until I get it anyway. :)

My two S&W 500 mags, love the power but why they're the favorites is because I shoot better with them than any other revolver I've ever had and I've had a number. Don

At the moment, my 63-5 fed with 3 cent 22LR. Has an outstanding trigger too.
