I placed an order with Oregon Trail about 2 months. Got immediate confirmation and credit card charged. Have heard nothing since. No response to emails and no phone number on website. I understand they were purchased/merged with Rim Rock. Emails to Rim Rock not returned either. I understand today that shipping is slower and have no problem there, but no response to inquiries is not good customer service. Anyone else had any dealings with either company lately?

I have never had a problem with Oregon Trail Cast Bullets. I’ve
ordered 4 separate times since last year.
All transactions and communications very smooth. All packages
arrived in perfect and un-dented shape, and all arrived 3 weeks
as promised.
You must have done something wrong.

The company moved from "anti-gun" Oregon to Montana at some point in the last year. Perhaps they are still not up and fully running.

Not sure what that could possibly be. Got a confirmation of my order. Address is correct. Credit Card charged same day. Haven’t moved. Same email. They are ones not responding.
So, will they be "Montana Gray" now or Montana Trail?
I have used their bullets, but never ordered directly from them.

I have never had any issues with them. If you tried to contact them on friday, they are closed. Ask for Frank, I am certain he will take care of you.

I got in touch with them today thanks to the number given by @jag22. Told me right now 8 weeks is the normal ship time especially for 45cacp and 200gr ScC especially. He said they are selling 500K of that one particular bullet a month. Someone has primers!

I finished off my last box of O/T 158 lead 38 spl bullets last year.
They shot great for me and back when I bought them the price was right.
I would re-order them but stumbeled into a good price on another bullet maker and have to use them up before getting more large 38 lead bullets.
A quality bullet that I was happy with.
