I haven't seen a movie this bad since......

Be careful not to step in this pile.

John Wayne as Genghis Khan?

EDIT: Whoa! That really is what it was! I was just guessing, but when I quoted you and saw the name of the photo (the-conqueror.jpg) and looked it up. Sure enough, the Duke played the Mongol ruler! I never knew that he starred in anything but westerns that early in his career!
WEIRD!

The Conqueror was filmed somewhere in the Nevada desert where nukes had been tested, and was full of radioactive dust stirred up by horses. Theory is that is why so many of the cast and crew later died.

Actually, it was near St George, Utah. That part of SW Utah is downwind from the Nevada Test Site and is alleged to have been subject to fallout from the early, above ground, nuclear tests.

The worst full-budget corn-filled loaf of a "movie" that I ever subjected myself to was Natural Born Killers starring Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis.

You could pay me to watch it again but it would be expensive.

For some forgotten reason I found myself watching an Asian movie entitled "Deep Hypothermia" late one night. Yes, definitely met the criterion for "lost time".

I've been interested in World War II aviation all my life. In 2012 I went to a theatre to see Red Tails, purportedly an homage to the Tuskegee Airmen.

It was dreadful. Every bad stereotype, from every bad war movie you've ever seen, was wrapped up in one clunker. When it was over (and yes, I sat through the whole thing) the guy behind me asked his wife where he could go to get that two hours of his life back. I knew exactly how he felt...

I wouldn't say it's a bad movie, but it certainly wasn't a memorable one; maybe worth seeing once. Our entertainment tastes are diverse and they sometimes change. I'd call "Red Tails" far better than stuff like John Wick films or most any Tarantino movie. For the last twenty or more years, lots of bad movies have been made. A good one slips under the fence occasionally.

Perhaps many of us have developed poor taste in entertainment because we've seen so many truly sorry films that they've become the norm and we now call then good. No doubt the film industry is very aware of this as they continue to crank out losers. They are assured of an ever-growing audience.

I once got my wife to watch a movie?? called Giant Hopped Up Carnivorous Rabbits. She watched the whole thing.. I excused myself for a potty break after about 10 minutes.. Another Classic I almost got her to watch was called, I think , Vegas in Space. And no...don't bother...The half nekkid gals weren't even worth lookin' at. I timed my wife's watching at 9 minutes...I talk her into Schlock Classics quite a bit though. Especially Sci Fi.

That's a road filled with wreckage. "Mystery Science Theatre 3000" had such classics: "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes", "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" and some "Killer Donuts" pile whose real title escapes me, fortunately. Joe

I give a movie about ten minutes to grab me before I move on. I can't remember the last time I watched a movie I didn't like. It constantly amazes me how people are drawn to watching garbage.

And don't forget ...well might be best to...the Killer Tumbleweeds. I saw 2 on the road to Billings the other day. One got smashed by a guy in a Dodge Dually

Most the films you guys post are widely known as Bad.
‘Everyone Everything All At Once’ won-
Best Picture of the Year and other Oscars!
If it was the best, I don’t want see the others!

My wife and I watched "The power of the dog" last night on Netflix. Benedict Cumberbatch playing a grizzled cowboy was way out of his league. He's normally a good actor, but this one put me to sleep with an uncertain moral portrayed.

Y'all should check out the ScreenPix channels. There are 4 of them . They play a lot of 80ish "B" drive in movie stuff. Stupid plots, low budgets, bad acting and so bad that they're good. :D
