Yes, there looks to be a small opening to get a fingernail or flat-bladed screwdriver on the rim to get the empty case out. If your hands aren't shaking like leaves in the fall after firing that monster.
You would own and shoot this why, exactly? 
I don't think John Wick would shoot it, and I saw one of the John Wick movie derringers at a LGS a couple of years ago.
