I have the past 3 Standard Catalogs. Do you guys keep them when a new one comes out or do you give the older ones away. Personally, I keep mine for reference purposes.

I’ve got 3, 4, and 5 and plan on hanging on to them. They don’t take up too much room on the bookshelf.
Outside of the one my dog decided to snack on, I keep them.
I'm missing the 2nd edition and not too proud to accept donations...

...BenIn each succeeding edition they cram more new stuff in and delete the older stuff down to a few if not one sentence......I have 1 & 2. Was given 4.......I'll never buy another....Each new edition should have started where the older one left off..........But it didn't.
I keep them all.
Yeah, they should do that with dictionaries too!
Maybe the 6th edition will evolve into a two volume set with all the previously truncated and/or deleted material restored...

I have the 4th. Somewhere in a box from moving. I recently bought the 5th.
After reading these comments, I got on EBAY and found nice copies of the 1st and 2nd edition.
