raylesworth, a lanard loop is Not hard to find they come up regularly on eBay and average about $30. Finding one in a condition to match your gun and in CCH is hard. Varying degreees of "used" come up for sale. Also do you have the cross pin still in the grip frame? if not a piece of drill shank will work as well, just cold blue the ends.
As far as the top strap is concerned I Don't know what can be done there. But better pictures might elicit some responses. I'm sure a good machinist can insert some threaded rod then cut, polish and cold blue to blend in to make an almost invisible repair.
You have a very nice, high condition early gun, outside of these two issues definitely worth attempting to bring back.
