I must disagree. That is a really crappy machining job...maybe they were running dull cutters. Those burrs and sloppy cuts are unacceptable and I'm surprised they passed QC. Apparently the Target Champions are just standard Model 686s that were manufactured for the European market. I've read in some previous Posts that these TCs are "rebuilt" in Germany after being imported from S&W, but that may just be a story. If I purchased a brand new 686 with an extractor like that I would be contacting S&W Customer Service. The TCs, like standard 686s, are not cheap revolvers and I can see why Artur is not happy.I would have to ask OP what he thinks a ratchet should look like! That looks pretty normal for S&Ws built in the past 30-40 years! As long as it works properly there is nothing that is wrong. Can you imagine the time it would take to de-burr a ratchet just to make it pretty!!

Können Sie sich vorstellen, wie lange es dauern würde, eine Ratsche zu entgraten, nur um sie schön zu machen?
