As paddington indicated a very fair price if all mechanics check out as good

Model 19s shipped with target stocks, the Magna's are not original. With the finish wear, the important thing here is how it functions, ie good carry up, smooth action, no bulged chambers or barrel, etc. Price is ok if function is good.

Check the flat portion of the forcing cone at 6 o'clock low. Notorious area for full length crack if a lot of full house maggies went through that thing. LGS clerks are not always knowledgeable about that potential crack area and no one may have observed it, but if it is cracked (or beginning to) it would be a hard pass for me. The gun has a lot of wear so maybe check the chambers too in case a heck of a lot of 38 Special went through it and left rings that would make chambering 357 Magnum's much harder.

I'm hesitant to buy revolvers online unless I can chat with the seller regarding end shake and lock up. In this case, the cylinder stop notches are not overly worn so I'm not too concerned. If you can see it in person I'd do so or at least get a "3 day free look" agreement in case it is really beat to Hell internally and needs a gun smith to make safe. That is why I don't buy revolvers unless I can chat with the seller, I purchased a S&W Model 10-5 with 3in barrel for $400 and it arrived with internals that needed to be worked over by a smith for a $250 price tag (new hand, new cylinder stop, end shake shims, and he also flared the yoke to help with the wobble. Now it is tight... but damn...
