Congratulations, I have been looking for a 4 inch ND but it hasn’t happened. I have a 629-1 4” as new in the box, but it’s missing the pin and recessed. I do have a 6 inch no dash complete unfired box set
But I’m still jealous

I believe your gun was shipped with a presentation case. The plain-Jane blue box your gun is pictured in is the type used for a lot of the 629s. It appears the label was removed from the cardboard shipping container and applied to the blue box. This is what the package looked like.
