I am currently reloading for a 432 UC Ti 32 H&R Magnum. What reloads are you using for your 432 or 632.

My Current load is:

Bullet: Hornady XTP 85 gr
Primer: CCI
Powder: Alliant Unique 3.2 gr
Velocity: ~1000 fps

Any information is welcome.

The load you listed is straight from the Hornady manual, but their velocity was using a 6.5" test barrel. It'll be well under 800 fps from your 432.

I've loaded 4.4 to 4.8 gr BE-86 with the 85 gr XTP. BE-86 has a similar burn range to Unique. I expect 5.1 gr BE-86 will be around 1000 fps which is still plenty safe for this cartridge.

S&W 432 UC Ti 1-7/8" barrel:

.32 H&R Mag Federal 85 gr XTP (factory):
832 fps to 878 fps = 851 fps (20 round avg)

.32 H&R Mag Federal Hydra Shok Deep 85 gr (factory):
869 fps to 916 fps = 897 fps (20 round avg)

.32 H&R Mag 85 gr Hornady XTP:
1.070" case length (Starline, new)
1.330" c.o.a.l.
Federal #100
BE-86:
4.4 gr = 874 fps
4.5 gr = 881 fps
4.6 gr = 904 fps
4.7 gr = 934 fps (best accuracy)
4.8 gr = 941 fps

Any idea of using cast lead alloy bullets? Folks who can't spell ("Cast Boolits" forum) discuss this round a lot, also on "Art and Science of Bullet Casting" there has been a lot of discussion.
I like 95-105 gr bullets with a charge of w231. I won't quote from my admittedly spotty memory, but it's somewhere in the 4 gr range. I got the load from a well known loader called beagle as well as my longtime friend Dale53.
I can look them up if need be.
