Jacketed Bullets From Precision Delta
Has anyone here shot their jacketed bullets ? Their 230 grain jacketed bullet for the 45acp is a lot cheaper than other brands .

I use them for a 9mm both 124 fmj and 147fmj. Just be aware that they are super slow on their shipping. My last order was June 1, Ordered a K of each weight which both showed in stock. The 124s had been out of stock, Ordered first day back in stock. June 7 my card was charged, June 18 I send email asking if/when bullets were/will ship. Took 24 hours before my email was opened, but no reply. It's June 22 early AM and still no bullets or email reply yet. Last order I finally got an email reply a week after the bullets arrived! Maybe they change the web to show instock when they start a production run, in which case they have to manufacturer them then catch up on backorders in which case a new order would be way down the list.

I have used the 230gr 45 and also the 115gr 9mm. They are a good quality bullets. I had no problems with shipping on 2 different orders about 3 months apart. Took 7-10 days from date of order. My last order was in april and will order from them again.

I've used thousands of Precision Delta jackets bullets in both 230 gr .45
and the 147 gr 9mm. I've been very happy with them and their service.
There has been a few times when they were a little slow about getting my order shipped. But, to be fair those were the times when you couldn't get bullets from ANY other suppler either.
I just try to stay a couple thousand bullets ahead and order before I'm completely out.

rozedist.com is another place to look. I haven't gotten into loading for my semi-auto pistols yet, so I haven't personally made any orders. But, they are $5 cheaper per 1K over Precision Delta. May check out the shipping charges on both and see which is cheaper for the amount you want. rozedist.com doesn't charge extra if you only want to do 1K at a time either. But, you do get a discount if you order more.

In our league, we shoot 9mm 124 JHP and 147 TC from PD, including some PPC grand masters and lesser talented shooters like me. They work well and are very consistent. When you weight their bullets individually on an electronic scale, they never differ more than 0.1 grain from the reference weight. On the lead side, most of our shooters use the 148HBWC and 158 SWC. Their classic 185gr 45 ACP is also a winner. Great bullets. If you have slow responses from Internet, call them and talk to Peggy. You'll get straight answers.
