Default USAC 38 SPL .357 Plated Bullets (for Plastic Cases)

Okay folks, these were originally intended for a gimmicky reloading system that came out in 1984 and disappeared in 1986. The idea was that a reloader needn't use a press, just snap these bullets into specially made cases. It didn't go over well at all.

See link, second item in the article:
THE CARTRIDGE COLLECTOR

Anyway, I have access to several of these bullets. By several, I mean several thousand. For Cheap. Like $10 a hundred cheap. They load just fine for target .38 shooting using about 4.0 grains of W231/HP38. I load them with the stepped side out and apply a minimal crimp at the first ridge. The guy who sold them to me said he also loads them the other end out, but to me that leaves a really odd configuration on the inside.

I can get all you want for $10/100 plus shipping. And I can ship up to 400 in a small "If It Fits, It Ships" $5.80 box.

Who wants to take a flier on cheap target bullets? PM me and we can make arrangements. These are the bullets only.

158 grain FMJ Semi-Wad Cutter

FYI, those are plated projectiles. Not jacketed

I have quite a few boxes of the cartridges on-hand. They are still unfired

I would settle for a 8x11 sheet of paper at 6-8 feet ..........
for a "Pattern".

If you are like me, groups are things of the past with the
eye sight and shaky hands.
Hope no one ever breaks in to my house..........I will probably kill him with a wounding shot !!

that's bull Nevada - you shoot good groups
M686 & M49 test
you can't argue with pictures

as for me - you guys are probably tired of me with my obsession with groups - but its what drives me- I'm really enjoying getting back into shooting and reloading has become a great hobby - I enjoy measuring components, trimming cases, etc

I don't hunt anymore - and we can't carry in this state

groups are my goal - so please continue to put up with me
