Exclamation HI-TEK "DRY POWDER MIX" FOR PROJECTILE COATING

Gateway Bullets has a small stock of the NEW HI-TEK DRY MIX coatings available.

The COLOR and CATALYST is already mixed into a DRY MIX.

You still need to add YOUR OWN ACETONE and then tumble coat/bake the projectiles.

Colors available in the new dry mix formulas are,

ZOMBIE GREEN, BLACK, BROWN/COPPER, RED/COPPER, BLACK 1035. (the Black 1035 is Black with some GOLD SPECKLES in it)

The metallic colors Brown/Copper, Red/Copper along with the

HARDER RESIN CATALYST BLACK 1035 will handle more heat from hotter loads.

****NOTE****
This DRY POWDER is NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the dry powders used in ELECTROSTATIC TYPE POWDER COATINGS.

This is an entirely DIFFERENT MATERIAL and PROCESS.

These coatings ARE THE LUBE, no mess on you or your equipment, clean barrels too.

The coatings can be applied to NEWLY CAST AND UN-SIZED conventional projectiles with lube grooves or the new molds NO LUBE GROOVES.

Projectiles previously sized CANNOT BE COATED nor can

PREVIOUSLY LUBED PROJECTILES BE CLEANED ENOUGH TO USE THIS PROCESS AS IT INTERFERES WITH ADHESION.

This is the coating process that has been used in AUSTRALIA by competitive shooters for over 20 years now.

Maximumbob54,

I'm looking forward to using it also, I still have a BUNCH of the LIQUID

VARIETY around, GOLD, BRICK RED, GOLD 1035, the original DARK GREEN all from DONNIE at Bayou Bullets.

I need to get back to casting, damn, retirements keeping me busy.

HI-TEK Joe (Owner in Australia) stated on a different forum this morning that Donnie has a LARGE COMMERCIAL SIZE ORDER IN,

but it has not been filled yet.

HI-TEK production is being STEPPED UP to meet the increasing USA demand.
Increased demand from both COMMERCIAL AND HOME CASTERS.

(the testing in Australia continues for even more colors and catalysts for the DRY MIX HI-TEK)

Much of it also due to the USA demand for RIFLE MIXES AND VELOCITIES.

Just heard from an AUSTRALIAN tester for HI-TEK says he's going to be testing some NEW BLUE, GREEN AND PINK colors.

HI-TEK system has yet to create a Blue that holds, all previous attempts have went to brown or blackish I guess when finally baked.

Not sure if these are the WET or NEW DRY MIXES, maybe we'll end up with both.

The USA market is allowing HI-TEK to do a major expansion in product production.
