I ran out of any other shotgun powder, and only found the Nitro 100NF in an 8 lb jug. I liked the Accurate pistol powders so figured I'd try this. (Not much choice, can't find anything and don't want to pay hazmat fees).

I went to their site and looked up the stats for my 1 OZ. load, and it recommended 17.4 gr. for 1225 fps, and the chart gives a #26 bushing for 17.6 gr. Well, I don't know who put up their chart but the 26 bushing is way short. I had to go to the #28 bushing to get 17.5 gr to drop. The structure of the powder is fairly fine flake, and it drops a really consistent amount. I got less than a half a 1/10th gr. variance over 10 rounds tested. So I load up 10 rounds and head to the range to run over the chronograph. I did put up a large sheet of clear newspaper, (check with your local newspaper for "roll ends" which they usually give away. Probably 30-40 yards on a roll end.) I ran the 10 loads and they were very consistent, 8 within 7 fps all around 1220, and 2 loads about 1190. Extreme spread was around 21 fps, and SD 12.

The pattern was very even. Loaded up a box and shot them last night at our trap league. I won't complain, they shoot so close to my old load I can't tell the difference.

Just be aware that what they have listed for what bushing to use is not too accurate at Accurate.

Great powder for 12 Ga. trap loads........

Clean, low ES, good fill height for a lot of wads and in my guns
good patterns.

Just too small an amount in the jug for the price that they are now asking.
