Late Saturday night I ordered some copper plated bullets from X-Treme because of their advertised free shipping. Withing 3 minutes I received and email receipt that had $5.00 shipping on it. Hmmmmm Monday morning I called customer service and explained the situation. The very polite person said I will make sure the charge is removed before your order is shipped. About two hours later I received an email saying my order has been shipped. The order arrived today, checked the CC company, no shipping charged.

We are quick to pitch a bi*** when customer service sucks, thought I'd give recognition for outstanding customer service.

I see a banner that says free shipping on orders up to $1,500.00??

Is the shipping "free" all the time? I am sure it is built into the price as most ship by USPS flat rate, but just curious?

EXTREME

Well it used to be- guess I miss read that banner- thought I needed to order $1500.00 s worth. :) Good stuff and are my go to for range fodder-- serious ammo still will get the Hornady XTP's, thank you very much-- :)

X-treme is my bullet of choice anymore unless I am buying jacketed bullets then it is Hornady or Sierra Match Kings.

I've placed a couple orders with and have been using X-treme bullets this year. And have been quite pleased with their Quality and Service. Plan on ordering more..

Same here, very satisfied with their quality. Been ordering from them for a couple years now in 9mm and 45acp, takes a while to get here but the order is always right. I also have bought recently from a company in Florida called Everglades Bullets, very good quality and shipped the next day.

I only use Xtreme..

They ship out of Carson City ,NV.. I am in Medford, OR area. I get my orders in one day.

Shipping is a flat $5.00 unless they offer the free shipping from time to time.

Wouldnt buy anywhere else

Been getting my lead from them for about 3 years sometimes they have free shipping but any other time its 5.00 that's relatively cheap, the last order weighed 18 pounds

Another here that has been happy with Xtreme's bullets and service. They do free shipping weekends every now and then or 5% off on purchases.
I ordered some coated bullets not long ago and now I'm afraid I'm hooked on them. For what I'm paying for them my plated bullet days may be behind me.

I'm a fan of Xtreme too. I've thought about trying the coated bullets, but I'm afraid the indoor ranges around here might not allow them - they all prohibit shooting cast and I kinda think they'd feel the same about coated. Plated are good to go though...

Good product. Shipping isn't free all-the-time anymore. So it pays to wait for the times when they offer free shipping. Sign up for their email list and they'll tell you when that happens.

I tend to prefer bullets from Rocky Mountain Reloading (RMR Bullets) for plated. Jake runs a great shop and delivers a great product.

I've been happy with Xtreme, but I'm also converting to coated, at least for 45 ACP.

For the small price difference I'm sticking with the plated.

I only shoot 3 to 5 thousand per year.
