Default S&W Suicide .380?

I went to a local state auction this past Saturday. The catalog listed a "Smith & Wesson suicide pistol, caliber 380." When I asked them about their description, they admitted to not knowing much about guns. They searched online to find out what they had and that was what they came up with! Out the door for $150. Not great condition, but still a Baby Russian.

Bob

If the mechanics are as good as the looks, you got a real deal.

Sounds like they just made up a name that would be ear grabbing and thus make the gun eye catching. At least she looks decent for her years. Nice find.

You stole that one! Great catch. Gotta love uneducated sellers! You probably got about a 75% discount. I don't feel bad at all when 'pros' make mistakes like that.

Wow, $150 was an absolute steal! Cool little holster too.
Good thing you got it and not some kid that thought it was a .380!

Yeah, ya done good. No don't go taking those nice stocks off and selling them separately to make some extra cash.

Nice catch and that holster is tops. I love those older nostalgic guns.
