The 3rd Model was made from 1884 to 1895. Started at serial number 119,001 to 322,700.
So if I were to guess, I would say about 1890 or earlier.

The only way you will get a definitive date is with a letter since these did not ship sequentially. 230301 is from 11/89 and 255438 is from 5/90, so the previous letter is right on!

313400 is from Apr. 1893 if that 's any help.
