Here's my little "I" frame .32 Regulation Police with a 6" barrel. It's the kid brother to my .455 Mk. II 2nd Model. All finishes are original.

Extremely nice, and not at all common. You don't often see the six inch barrels on a .32 RP unless the gun also has target sights, and you don't often see the .32 RP targets at all. (I leave out the short run of RP targets produced from leftover parts in 1957 with four-inch barrels.) That serial number should put the gun in about 1922, give or take a year to recognize the usual shipping date uncertainty.

I tried to pick up one of these fixed-sight six-inchers a month or so back but was outbid.

Again, great photos.

Looks like a fun shooter. Hard to find a 6" in nice shape like yours. Saw 2 6" with in the last year and they were beat. Have fun shooting and let us know how it did, Larry

Love the .32 RP's......Especially the 6" service sights!

Congrats, gorgeous gun!
I currently own three 6" RP's with service sights.....two are blue and I have a nickel finished on the way this week. Will post photos.
I also have a rare 6" Target RP which I paid a small fortune for not too long ago, but it was worth it!!
Let's see some more of the 6" RP's with service sights!!

I've got a fairly early RP whose barrel was replaced with a 6" (I have no idea what came off of it.) With that long sight radius, it tends to be one of the I-frames I hit with the best. Fun to shoot too! :D
