One of the suggestions was to try a Wonder Sight and since it also shoots substantially left (3 inches), I decided to give it a try. Here are the results.
Since I knew it shot low and left, my aim point was the upper right diamond using the fixed sights as is. The bottom group is the result. After installing and adjusting the Wonder Sight I shot the top group, still using the upper right diamond as the same aim point. Much better!
