Default 5 inch pre 27 rarity

Hello everyone,

Is the five inch barreled pre 27 and 27 rarer than the other barrel lengths? I have recently seen an abundance of six inch and longer guns, as well as 3.5 inch guns but practically no 5 inch guns.

The 5" is not rare and only slightly scarce. Seems as though there is a cult following of them lately and everyone wants one as well as a 3.5".
The hardest one to find is the 4".
