Default Rebuild

Okay guys, I have a S&W model 14 serial number **K**77 that I received for my 21st birthday many moons ago.
Its now time to overhaul "Old Faithful" as the kids call her and I wish to use her for Action Match. As such I need a new trigger and hammer combination and a new 6" PPC style barrel.

Can you assist in my endeavour

Welcome to the forum.
Unless the gun is badly neglected I would keep it as is since it has sentimental value and is collectible.
If your going to add a PPC barrel you can start off with any K or N frame that is not worth as much.
That's just my two cents.

I can assure you that its not negleted but it has been used for over thirty years and is needing a rebuild so I want to give it a new life for my grandaughter.
