I have an old (very nice condition) Grip Adapter made by Fray - Mershon and can't remember which Model(s) it fits ... The model number is 6 ...
I am hoping someone here has information, so I can put it to use or pass it on to someone who can ... Thanks, Howard

If the model numbering followed when Fray-Mershon became Pachmayr, a # 6 would be for a S&W K frame.

Doesn't fit my K-Frame Pre - Model 10 Square Butt

I just tried it on my old (1947) Pre-Model 10 and it doesn't fit at all ... I must have removed it from an old Colt Detective I had many years ago ?

A Mershon #6 fits Colt Python, Trooper, Official Police, Officers Model, Army Special and Camp Perry.
