In 90% condition, I might offer $250 presuming it had the original stocks on it
8 3/8" is not a very good seller.
Though the truth is, I love mine. Super accurate with match HBWCs

Without looking at the revolver, I have seen 90% ones listed recently from $400 - $450. An offer in the $375 range would be about right, however 90% can mean a lot different condition to a seller and buyer.
