Pacific leather and Canvas Victory Shoulder Holster
Anyone used this w/ a K frame HB like a M64-3 or M10-8?
Looking for a shoulder holster to use for Kayaking. Concerned about the HB profile fitting the tapered barrel pocket. THX

Welcome to the forum. A friend has one and carries a 10-5 in it. It seems to be a good holster for the price. He sure likes it.

Since I see no link or picture it is a bit difficult to answer the question. I assume you mean either the M-3 or M-7 aircrewman (Tanker, used for both) style chest holster. They are quite generic and will work with pretty much any K-frame model. Longer barrels just hang out the end. Barrel contour is not an issue with either model.
If you are curious, we were both in the 7th Infantry Division!

I have one that recreates the shoulder holster used by aircrewmen with the Victory 38 Special. Works fine with my 4" Model 10-6.

I have one and carry a Ruger security six in it, which has a heavy barrel and an ejector rod shroud. It will work with your revolvers I am sure.

Cat....I got one for my 10-5, 4 inch, standard barrel. I like mine a lot and believe it will be a good rig for kayaking. I have worn mine hiking (on private land) - more often than not with a High Standard R-100 revolver which also fits nicely. Holster goes over my right shoulder, my hiking day pack is a sling style bag with the strap over my left shoulder. Actually very comfortable.
Think you'll like it. You might also check out the chest holster at Clark Fork leather. Another alternative. But you won't go wrong with the M-3 leather style.
Good luck
Dan
