Default Pachmayer Renegade grips on 66 snub

Decided to try a pair of the new Pachmayer Renegade laminated stocks for my 66-1 snubbie. I like the feel and the look, hope to shoot it this weekend.

How do these attach to gun, do the just slide on and held by friction?

That little black screw in the right side grip might have something to do with it.
Or is it stock?

Screw in right side panel; blind hole on the other so screw only shows on the right side. Standard two-piece construction. They were a very tight fit, BTW.
