Got my eye on a nice 4” 629, but if it goes over $850 forget it.

I actually tried to trade one off... but it was for another S&W... but the trade did not pan out... not enough "value" given to my 629-1 8 3/8" w./ box etc... insulted me and I walked...

I did agree to buy a Victory that is setup like Oswald’s, but money/gun isn’t being transferred until 2019.

Only gun I bought in 2018 was a Colt 1908 Vest Pocket, which was the first off my C&R license. Likely will have a few S&Ws in the future... but a M1917 could go either Colt or S&W.

Bought a Model 39 two years ago and a British VM about 3 years back. I sold 3 S&W revolvers in 2018 (27, 25, 29) because I have too many guns and wanted to raise some cash to finish off the mortgage.

Picked up a total of 4 pieces in 2018 spending $1,800. Sold 6 guns taking in $5,000. To me this was a good year. Thinned the herd a bit and made some money. No plans to purchase in 2019...or ever, really. Need to sell 4-5 more.
