Default 629 No-Dash Value

Just curious for a couple of opinions -- kind of a rare bird came across my radar. It's a 629 pinned and recessed, with an 8-3/8" barrel.

No reference in the catalog other than a 'few' were built with the 8-3/8" before pin/recess ended, and I don't have a lot of other reference manuals, at least any current. Any thoughts of value? it is in very-good +/- condition, RR, WO, 3-T's, no box.

Just looking for a couple of inputs ... so I can feel bad or good ...

I sold a mint one for $925 about 8 months ago with no box or paperwork on GB.

Fyimo is about right with his price, a mint 4" gun with box and papers would probably bring much more.

Thanks, guys ... that's about what I thought. P&R aside, I felt $1150 was a high for VG/Exc range ... I passed on it.

Thanks again, love the knowledge here.
