Default Yoke /Crane Stamped

Looking at a recent purchase of a 14-3 SB PPC revolver looking at the yoke area under the model and serial number there is a stamped number E19,, C20 is Charlie Young who worked for Bill Davis,, anybody know who E19 was.....thanks
