Could I fire this load without damaging the barrel of my 442? Does anyone here use them for target practice? Thanks

That is a standard velocity round and will not damage your revolver. The 158 grain lead standard load usually has lubricant grooves where the bullet contacts the bore which tend to reduce leading somewhat. They are fine for target practice but do not make the clean round hole that a wadcutter or semi-wadcutter bullet would make.
