Greetings All, I shoot EVERY S&W I own, but I do believe I have just purchased my first Safe Queen. She's an unfired no dash 4" 57. This will be my third .41 and she looks almost too nice to shoot IMO. Opinions please.

Respectfully,

Roger

That's a beauty. If you have 2 more then yes I could see that 1 become a safe queen.

Gents, Thanks for the compliments. Forked out 8 "C" notes but glad I did. I just fell in love with it at first sight and my wife bought it for me for my big "50". No box but I have 2 presentation cases and this one will be going into one.

I like the magnas and the nickle- awesome revolver. It's always good to have one for fondling and one for shooting.

It's got the wrong grips so I'd shoot it. I'm always looking for an excuse.

I am a lover of all things Blue but that is gorgeous. I wouldn't shoot it. But I would fondle it quite a bit....

So who will eventually get to shoot that beautiful piece.A relative or someone unknown. I would shoot it and take care of it.

I have no safe queens... only shooters.
I dont look at safe queens... only potential shooters.

My guns get fired. All of them. If it were me, I'd shoot it, at least enough to find out what it can do.

And what would be the purpose of hiding it in a safe? So an heir can shoot it?

Evil One / Jim,

Not a gun in my safe that doesn't get shot. Got a rise if you know what I mean after reading your comment and I will be popping it's cherry soon.

Thanks for the motivation!
