Grip Blanks

Today I took an old chipped set of N frame targets and sanded them down to make combat grips. I have tried to make grips from scrap wood before but carving out the inside always gave me problems. I was thinking about how nice it would be, if someone with the talent would cut the inside of blanks, but leave the outer part of the grip raw so that us hobbyist could buy and shape our own grips.
Does anyone offer these and I just dont know about it?

Blu Magnum offers unfinished grips. They are not inexpensive but probably come close to what you want.

It would be a good idea. I use an old cut up victory frame to make finger groove grips from target grips that fit my hands. Even made the finger groove grips on my rd but 66 fit me a little better. It would be nice to have blanks made to start with. Larry
