Default 329PD or 329NG?

I'm looking for a 329PD with the 4" barrel. Per the S&W site, all 329PDs are 4" while the 329NGs are 2 1/2".

I'm in contact with a person who is selling a 329PD, but the pics appear to show a 329NG. One pic shows the model on the gun and it appears to be "329PD".

Are there 329PDs with 2 1/2" barrels?

That gun has adjustable rear sights, the NGs have fixed sights.
Looks alot like the 329PD Alaska Backpacker. http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/w...layErrorView_Y

Yep, just got that pointed out to me. I didn't see it on the S&W site. Sorry for the bother.

Thanks,
