Information on S&W 686-5 International DX?

Hi,

I just purchased a 686-5 6" International DX revolver. I was told this was produced by S&W Performance Center for export only. I can't seem to find any other information about this model.

Anyone out there that can help me to confirm this, and add more information?

All i know is that i have been eyeing one on the Fugate Firearms website for months. There is a little blurb about it there that might help.

Does the DX seem to shoot any better then a regular 686? That is a nice looking gun, thanks for the pics. Larry
