Thumbs up Renewed faith in S&W service!

Well, as you all know, I have had some bad experiences with S&W service.
Well I figured, I would give them a go, one more time.
I recently purchased a NIB 442 No Lock, and when I got home, and inspected it, I found a ding and scraping on the barrel.
This was from dealers stock, which was never handled. So, I sent it back to S&W, and they replaced the barrel in 2 days and had it back to me in 2 more!
WOW!!! is all I can say!, and the job was done top notch!
I would personally like to thank all, the people at S&W, who made this happen for me!
I will be faxing a letter to the CEO, telling him of the awesome service, and to please congratulate all that were involved with this repair!
PLEASE keep up the GREAT work S&W!!........... I Thank You!
