Default LGS Had a Couple Interesting 442s

I stopped into the LGS today to pick up some ammo (and check the used counter for P&R Smiths) and saw a couple interesting 442s in the "New Gun" section.
#1 was a 442 with faux engraving on the cylinder and frame. I say faux because they looked like laser etching. Vaguely floral and the gun had a nicely colored set of finger groove wood grips with a fleur-de- lis motif. Mid-$600 IIRC. Looked like something my wife would like.
#2 was a pinto 442. Silver (SS?) cylinder, barrel, and old-school latch. I can't recall if the stocks were standard or not.

I thought they might be Talo versions but the price tags didn't have anything on them indicating they were anything but Smiths.
Anyone see anything like this lately?
