Model 36-7 Questions

I have been looking for a model 60-7 for some time, and have not found many of them. Does the model 36-7 have the same good engineering changes? I mean the 1/8" front sight, the new heat treatment package, and +p rating.

Yes, it does. I have one each of the 60-7 and 36-7 and the reason is because of the enhancements like you stated. The blueing may not be as nice as previous versions but I don't care as I occasionally carry it and expect wear to happen. They both sport my preferred snubby grips, the Uncle Mikes boot grips, and are stoked with Speer's NYPD load.
