Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson shows:

Serial number prefix: AYE - AYM - Jan 1988
Serial number prefix: BBF July 1988
So yours, BBC9219 was shipped somewhere between Feb and June 1988

Serial number prefix: CEB - Apri 2000
Serial number prefix: CEF - October 2000
So yours, CEE0261 was shipped somewhere between May and Sept 2000

At least that is how I read it. Hope that helps.
