For J frame: Maxfire's website shows four vendors who do not carry the model I need (and Brownell's shows it to be a discontinued item), the Maxfire's email address does not appear to be valid. Google failed to find additional vendors.

Since the Maxfire stands a little higher than traditional speedloaders, I'm reluctant to order something which will not work and Gander Mountain staff may frown on my opening several packages of Uncle Mike's to try out a loaded speedloader; can anyone suggest a model/maker which will work?

Thanks.

The MaxFire website has not been updated for years. The made in Mexico leather cases on the site are no longer available, and have been replaced by nylon ones made here in the US. We carry five brands of speedloaders, and you are correct, the MaxFire loaders are rather tall, however the JetlLoader cases should also work, as well as the open top Safariland carriers.
