Not interested right now in grouping, etc. I went through the S&W recommendations for Ti, Sc & PD revolvers using Winchester Super X 45 Colt 255 Gr LRN ammo. Shot first 5 rounds and examined 6th. It did exactly as S&W warned could happen. Slug unseated at least 1/16".
My question is what is the best revolver ammo for Governor that won't do this.
Groo here
I would think most jacket loads will be ok.
Also BB ,Double tap , Underwood or any of the smaller companys, or handloads that use a bullet with a good crimp groove.
The original bullet is crimped where the bullet starts to curve to the point and is not very strong..
