586 with adjustable front sight

A guy came by today with a 6" 586 with the adjustable front sight. Is there a premium attached to this feature, outside what the blue book says?

This is called the Silhouette version. From what I've seen it will bring a premium ($50-100) for someone looking for this specific model, but there is overall not a huge collector interest in it.
