Default Safariland Speedloader Identification

I recently took a chance on some speedloaders (comp-II) that I thought were for a S&W K-frame. But, of course, are not. When I tried to use them, they are just a bit bigger than a k-frame. I don't have an L-frame to test it on, but can say they are much too small for an N-frame.

As far as I can tell, there are no identification numbers on the things, which I find quite amazing from a manufacturing point of view.

I just checked the ones I use for my C*** Official Police, which is the same size as the L-frame. They are marked PY3 on the back (where the knob is), but they are Comp-Is. My Comp-II L-frame loaders are marked GL8C on the retention star (in front). BTW, I also have some Comp-Is which are marked LPYA, which is hardly surprising, since Python and L-frame speedloaders are the same thing.

Comp ll's would be Safariland, and they are marked with a number. Safariland never made a Comp ll for an N frame, the the comp l's would be marked J.F.S N1, with about a half inch between each series. Can you post a picture?

D'oh, I see the code now. I'm not sure why I didn't recognize it earlier. Thanks all. They are GL8C's for L-frames, etc.

In case any of you want to see all the Safariland speedloaders and which guns they fit, I've attached a file that shows that.
